There might be cheaper services but those can also report your CYA is 100 one week and 0 the next (nope still 100) and throw 6 chlor tabs into your pool, thoroughly ruining your chemistry. No risk of that with Integrity Pools.

If you are looking for the most honest and helpful pool service, look no further. I wish I had met Carter 2 months ago! We bought a home with a pool and had no idea what we were doing, we used a local mom and pop shop for chemicals that the previous owner used. After literally begging them and a different pool service to take my money and hearing crickets, we had the good fortune to meet Carter at Leslie’s. We expressed how frustrated we were with our pool and how we were ready to fill it in with dirt. He was confident that he could have us swimming in a clear pool in just a few days, and he was right! 4 days after working with Carter we had a beautiful, clear pool. Carter and Ashley of Integrity Pool Services are amazing. I pulled back the cover of my above ground pool and for the first time ever the lining was covered in bright green algae. It gets worse. A young lad was helping me remove the cover and we managed to spill the contents of the cover into the pool. That’s when I realized that I needed professional help. I dutifully researched online and Integrity was the only local pool service who received 5 stars on all their reviews and now I know why. Carter comes in, tests my pool water, and my chemical numbers are all over the place but within two weeks he did what was necessary to fix the problem. Pros: 1. You get an invoice for bringing your pool back to life and regardless of what additional measures Carter must take your fee is never higher than the original invoice. 2. Every time Carter treats your pool you receive an email with photos and instructions on what was done and any follow on treatments the owner must make. 3. Carter includes all the necessary chemicals at no extra cost. 4. This man knows what he is doing. I did nothing but follow his instructions and could not be more pleased. He communicated with you throughout the entire process and responds promptly to text messages. Cons: understandably so, Carter is very busy, and he will hit you up to come over at some odd hours when necessary. Wait a sec. That’s actually a Pro. He has no set hours. He works until the job is complete. I will never consider another pool service if I need one. I’m not done yet. On his last visit Carter saw my trash picked up by the city and he thoughtfully put my trash can away for me. Carter is old school. He is running a business as a service to his customers whose satisfaction is his number one concern.

Normally by the end of July, I would have a swamp for a pool. Then I have to drain it and scrubbed the sides and floor and filled it again with the hopes that it would make it through the rest of the summer . Carter & His entire staff blew me away in just a short 24 hours! I called him on Tuesday evening after hours when I got home from work and found my pool green. My pool equipment had to be off for 3 days prior due to a heater leak. When I got the leak fixed Carter came to the rescue to fix my green pool. Get An Estimate

Consultation
We’ll set up a consultation visit. Consultations are a $75 fee that reserves your appointment and gets credited as a deposit toward your cleaning when you accept your quote. During your consultation, we’ll inspect your pool and equipment, test chemistry, provide recommendations, discuss your options, and give you a firm quote for your project.
Schedule Cleaning
Look out for your quote in your email after consultation. Once your invoice is paid, we’ll get your pool cleaning scheduled. Item checked off your to-do list! Then you can stop cleaning and start swimming! Sit back and relax, knowing you have direct access to our owner via text or call if you have any questions along the way!
