I contacted Integrity Pool Service because my husband and I needed major help turning our pool around and getting ready for swimming season. It was extremely hard to find someone that was willing to work on above-ground pools to begin with, and the few that did offer to work on them were either incredibly expensive or didn’t feel like the right fit for us.
Mr. Carter showed up today on my door step for our consultation, coming into our back yard as a stranger but leaving as a friend, I think! He was incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable and didn’t shame me for the shape our pool was in. Justin and team worked until almost 9:30 PM tonight, equipped with headlamps and flashlights just to make sure that they got the job done.
The quality of this service was phenomenal to say the least, and the pricing was more than fair. I am so thankful for this team, from the front desk staff (Ashley and Nahir, you’re both also very sweet!), to Justin and the guys out in the field, to Mr. Carter himself, just an all around wonderful company to work with. Would give 10 stars on all fronts – if you need pool maintenance, it’s a no-brainer to go with IPS!

Flipping fantastic. Carter takes pride in his work and company and makes sure you understand what and why he’s doing what needs to be done. There might be cheaper services but those can also report your CYA is 100 one week and 0 the next (nope still 100) and throw 6 chlor tabs into your pool, thoroughly ruining your chemistry. No risk of that with Integrity Pools.

Justin has consistently done an exceptional job taking care of our pool over the past few months. The water is crystal clear and the pool has stayed in exceptional shape without any issues. He is always punctual and notifies us when he arrives and completes the service. He takes care of any issues he sees during the service appointments and lets us know if we need to add any additional water once he finishes his service. Justin also makes an extra effort to be considerate of our yard, he asked where we wanted the filter debris deposed of instead of just emptying the leaves in the yard without saying anything and we have even noticed him return our trash bins from the curb on trash day after the service ran when we were away. Overall our experience with Integrity Pool Service and Justin has been exceptional and we would highly recommend them.

Consultation
We’ll set up a consultation visit. Consultations are a $75 fee that reserves your appointment and gets credited as a deposit toward your cleaning when you accept your quote. During your consultation, we’ll inspect your pool and equipment, test chemistry, provide recommendations, discuss your options, and give you a firm quote for your project.
Schedule Cleaning
Look out for your quote in your email after consultation. Once your invoice is paid, we’ll get your pool cleaning scheduled. Item checked off your to-do list! Then you can stop cleaning and start swimming! Sit back and relax, knowing you have direct access to our owner via text or call if you have any questions along the way!
