One-Time Cleans
Whether you need to sell your home with an in-ground pool or just get a fresh start on maintaining the pool, One-Time Cleans are the perfect option. Sometimes, a One-Time Clean is needed to shape up a pool before regular maintenance can begin. This service includes debris removal and chemical balancing. One-Time Cleans may take anywhere from one hour to 3 visits, depending on the condition of your pool. Starting at $200.
If your in-ground plaster pool or above-ground pool is swampy green, you might consider getting a drain & clean, which gives your pool a fairly quick and total reset.
Green-to-cleans
If a pool’s water is very green, has low visibility, and significant amounts of algae, a green-to-clean service may be necessary. This is a pool water turn-around service that uses chemistry and deep cleaning to transform your pool from a murky mess to an inviting luxury in your backyard. Green-to-cleans may take anywhere from 4-9 visits to complete.

Drain & Cleans
Pool Winterization Service
Want to close your pool for the winter months by winterizing your equipment? We offer this service for both in-ground and above-ground pools *when the temperature of your pool water settles below 65°F. Generally in our area, this occurs early December. Pools in our area need to be opened by March to ensure clean pool water and prevent equipment damage when water temperatures rise about 65°F. For this reason, we offer this service, but recommend instead to keep the pool maintained through the winter if possible. Provide the cover for your pool or we can order one for you at the cost of the cover. Service is $520, if the pool water has been maintained.

Consultation
We’ll set up a consultation visit. Consultations are a $75 fee that reserves your appointment and gets credited as a deposit toward your cleaning when you accept your quote. During your consultation, we’ll inspect your pool and equipment, test chemistry, provide recommendations, discuss your options, and give you a firm quote for your project.
Schedule Cleaning
Look out for your quote in your email after consultation. Once your invoice is paid, we’ll get your pool cleaning scheduled. Item checked off your to-do list! Then you can stop cleaning and start swimming! Sit back and relax, knowing you have direct access to our owner via text or call if you have any questions along the way!

Do you charge per maintenance visit?
No, we do not charge for each individual maintenance visit. Maintenance service with us is pre-paid monthly, with 7-day-a-week text/call access to our owner. Any concerns that come up are covered and your pool will be serviced, come rain or shine.
Do you provide chemicals for weekly maintenance?
Yes. Chemicals are included in the monthly maintenance price quoted to you in your consultation. Small items like pressure gauges and skimmer baskets are also replaced as part of our maintenance service. You can live your life with no more pool store trips!
Do you offer bi-weekly maintenance visits?
We do not offer bi-weekly visits for maintenance, due to the risk of deterioration of your water chemistry or damage to your pool equipment that can easily occur in 2 weeks’ time
Do you service above-ground pools?
Yes, we do service above-ground pools with both one-time cleans and weekly maintenance.
Are your prices lower in the winter months?
No, our monthly maintenance prices remain the same for all seasons. This offers stability to you as our maintenance client, knowing that summer and fall prices won’t skyrocket.
