We've Got Answers

No, we do not charge for each individual maintenance visit. Maintenance service with us is pre-paid monthly, with 7-day-a-week text/call access to our owner. Any concerns that come up are covered and your pool will be serviced, come rain or shine.

Yes. Chemicals are included in the monthly maintenance price quoted to you in your consultation. Small items like pressure gauges and skimmer baskets are also replaced as part of our maintenance service. You can live your life with no more pool store trips!

We do not offer bi-weekly visits for maintenance, due to the risk of deterioration of your water chemistry or damage to your pool equipment that can easily occur in 2 weeks’ time

No, our monthly maintenance prices remain the same for all seasons. This offers stability to you as our maintenance client, knowing that summer and fall prices won’t skyrocket.

At this time, we offer only full-service weekly maintenance. That includes the netting, emptying baskets, chemical checks/ treatment, vacuuming, scrubbing, and backwashing when necessary.

We provide weekly service year-round, with two guaranteed holiday weeks taken each year:
*Thanksgiving week
*Christmas week

Beyond those, there may be up to two additional rest weeks—typically one in Spring and one flexible week—only if needed to preserve technician health, quality, and consistency.

These are not pre-scheduled or automatic.
Your rate stays stable because your monthly fee is calculated across the entire year—including the four months every year that have 5 service weeks.

This means you don’t pay extra on those heavier 5-week months, and the occasional rest week is already offset in the pricing structure.

Your bill stays predictable, and you always receive a fair yearly value for weekly maintenance.

We still service your pool. Your technician will complete everything safe to do—baskets, brushing, testing, and chemistry. If lightning prevents metal-pole work, those remaining steps are finished at the next visit to protect both your pool and your technician.

Yes! You’ll have access to your full service history—including photos, chemistry readings, visit notes, and invoices—through our Skimmer client portal. We keep every report clear, thorough, and easy to follow so you always know exactly what’s happening with your pool. And you’ll receive an email report from your weekly visit with all of the pool information and photos. You can also text your technician directly to get urgent questions answered, like

  • Would you mind leaving the gate unlocked this time?
  • The dogs are inside now!
  • Ok gate unlocked I’m not home but my sister is.

For most Texas pools, yes. Winter still brings organic matter, wind debris, shifting chemistry, and strain on filters during heavy leaf-drop. Weekly service prevents:

  • Early algae growth (which often starts in winter)
  • Clogged or overworked filters
  • *Staining and scaling
  • Expensive spring recovery cleaning (green-to-cleans or drain & cleans)

There is an optional winterization route, but we’ve found it’s often not the best solution in Central Texas because a single storm, freeze, or cover issue can undo the entire process. Weekly winter care offers more consistent results, safer equipment protection, and a much smoother start to swim season.

Transparency is our M.O. We want your first month to go smoothly, without surprise charges, unclear expectations, or incorrect pricing.
The consultation allows us to:

  • Test your water chemistry
*Check equipment for safety and function
    *Confirm the pool is maintenance-ready
  • Determine if a one-time clean is needed first
  • Give you an accurate quote that reflects your real pool conditions
  • Prevent you from paying for weekly service that won’t actually fix underlying issues

It’s a step that saves you money, prevents miscommunication, and ensures your pool starts on the right foot for a hands-off pool experience.

We are accepting pools in Harker Heights, Belton, Nolanville, Killeen, and Copperas Cove to our weekly maintenance route.

Why Homeowners Choose Integrity

Transparent Pricing

Nobody likes surprise bills. We explain pricing and recommendations ahead of time so there’s less confusion, less stress, and no awkward surprises later on. Our services are also pre-paid, which helps create a smoother, more consistent experience for both our clients and our team.

Clear Communication & Digital Service Reports

You should never have to wonder if your pool was serviced. After each visit, we’ll send before and after photos, chemical readings and treatments, and service notes so you always know how your pool is doing. We also strive to communicate clearly when issues, delays, or recommendations come up.

Professionally Trained & CPO-Guided

Pool care is more complicated than most people realize, and we take that seriously. Our team goes through hands-on training and follows CPO-guided standards so your pool is cared for properly and consistently.
