Pool Technician
Start Date: January 2026
Location: Harker Heights, TX and surrounding areas
Type: Full-Time, W2 Employee
Applicants for this position MUST be consistently available between 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
Our Pool Technicians start their day early (7–8 a.m.) and finish when their route is complete. We provide 1–1.5 months of paid, hands-on training before technicians manage their own routes. The role offers structure, consistent routes, competitive pay per pool, and clear advancement based on performance and skill.
