Carter
Co-owner of Integrity Pool Service
Carter is the co-owner of Integrity Pool Service and leads field operations, technician training, and client care. Before founding the company, he served 12 years in the United States Army, where he developed the discipline, grit, leadership, and attention to detail that continue to shape the company's standards today.
Before his military service, Carter volunteered as a firefighter, worked on a farm, and later as a barista. Those experiences taught him the value of hard work, dependability, and connecting with people from all walks of life.
Today, Carter personally trains every technician who joins the Integrity Pool Service team. He oversees service quality in the field and works to ensure every client receives the same level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail that he would provide himself.
While Ashley helps build the systems behind Integrity Pool Service, Carter knows pool service is not just cleaning water—it's hospitality. Whether that's leaving a fresh scent in the water before a birthday pool party, bringing a package up from a long driveway, or noticing a small issue before it becomes a major headache, Carter takes pride in the little details that help clients feel cared for. He works to instill that same spirit of hospitality in every technician who joins the Integrity Pool Service team.

Ashley
Co-owner of Integrity Pool Service
Ashley Carter is the co-owner and CFO of Integrity Pool Service, where she oversees marketing, quality control, and business operations. She has taught music in Killeen ISD for several years, pursued graduate studies in Germany while their family was stationed overseas, and founded an adult professional choral ensemble serving Central Texas.
Her background in education and music has given her a deep appreciation for excellence, efficiency, and attention to detail. Today, she brings those same principles to Integrity Pool Service, helping ensure that you receive clear communication, consistent service, and a professional experience from start to finish.
While the technicians care for your pool in the field, Ashley works behind the scenes to improve systems, monitor quality, and support the team so you can enjoy a cleaner, healthier pool with fewer surprises and less stress. Her goal is to let your pool bring you a sigh of relief, not a headache, by maintaining the high standards that protect your investment.
Ashley and her husband, Carter, founded Integrity Pool Service with a commitment to treating your pool with the same care and attention they would want for their own family. Every process, policy, and quality standard is designed with one purpose in mind: providing you top quality service with genuine care, so you have confidence that we've got the details.
When she's not working on the business, Ashley enjoys serving in their church, composing, serving the community through music, and homeschooling their daughter.
Justin
Justin is a 14-year army veteran who served as a motor transport operator. Throughout his military career and civilian work experience, he developed a strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to serving others. If Justin is caring for your pool, you can have confidence knowing he approaches every visit with professionalism, thoroughness, and a customer-first mindset.
Justin is a husband and father of two. He is an avid car enthusiast who spent three years studying automotive restoration and enjoys fishing in his free time. Raised in a small rural town in Michigan, he brings a strong work ethic and practical problem-solving skills to everything he does.
Justin shares Integrity Pool Service's commitment to top-quality service, genuine care, and integrity in the details. As Justin puts it, "I am blessed and honored to work for a company built on integrity and honesty." John Mark
John Mark is a proud Central Texas native, born and raised in Temple, Texas. Since picking up the violin at age nine, he has developed the discipline, patience, and attention to detail that come from years of studying and performing music. He brings those same qualities to every pool he services, striving to provide thorough, dependable care for each client.
John Mark is committed to upholding Integrity Pool Service's standards of professionalism, kindness, and quality. He takes pride in serving clients well and helping ensure every pool receives the attention and care it deserves.
In his free time, John Mark enjoys great storytelling in all its forms, whether through books, movies, or video games. Coming from a family of musicians, he has a deep appreciation for creativity, excellence, and lifelong learning.

Get An Estimate
Fill out our quote form on our website by clicking “Get a Quick Estimate” or call us for a price range for your cleaning. Pictures of the pool water and pool equipment speed up the process!
Consultation
We’ll set up a consultation visit. Consultations are a $75 fee that reserves your appointment and gets credited as a deposit toward your cleaning when you accept your quote. During your consultation, we’ll inspect your pool and equipment, test chemistry, provide recommendations, discuss your options, and give you a firm quote for your project.
Schedule Cleaning
Look out for your quote in your email after consultation. Once your invoice is paid, we’ll get your pool cleaning scheduled. Item checked off your to-do list! Then you can stop cleaning and start swimming! Sit back and relax, knowing you have direct access to our owner via text or call if you have any questions along the way!
